By accessing and using this platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website and services immediately.
2. Use of Services
Users must use the platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized use, misuse, or interference with the platform may result in the immediate suspension or termination of access.

4. Rewards and Prize Substitution
All rewards and prizes are subject to availability. Laxmi Hyundai reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any advertised prize with an alternative of equal or similar value in the event that the original reward becomes unavailable due to stock limitations, logistical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. The company’s decision regarding such substitutions shall be final and binding.
5. Single Account & Entry Policy
Users are strictly limited to one account and entry per person. Creating multiple logins or submitting duplicate entries is prohibited. Any violation of this rule will be taken very seriously and will result in immediate account termination, disqualification, and the forfeiture of any prizes.
6. Winner Selection & Tie-Breaker Policy
Winners will be selected based on the highest points scored. This applies to both the Daily Winner and Grand Winner categories. In the event of a tie where multiple users achieve the same highest score, Laxmi Hyundai will conduct a lucky draw among the tied highest scorers to determine the winner(s):

• Daily Winner: One (1) winner will be selected for each matchday. This will be the user with the highest score. If multiple users are tied for the highest score, the daily winner will be chosen through a lucky draw among those tied users.
• Grand Winner: The top three (3) highest scorers overall will be rewarded. If there is a tie for any of the top three positions, a lucky draw will be conducted among the tied highest scorers for those respective positions to determine the final winners.

7. Limitation of Liability
Laxmi Hyundai and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform and related services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
